Finely grate one small organic apple and mix well with approx 3 tbls of honey.
Spread thickly over your face avoiding the eye area and relax for approx 10 mins before rinsing with slightly warm water.

How does a working mother manage if her child becomes ill?
We leave for work with a cheerful kiss and wave – and with guilt in our hearts – knowing our child would much prefer to be with us, no matter how wonderful the nanny or au pair.

I’ve been a healer for 30 years and have helped a great many people to become well again. I have used healing as part of my homoeopathic practice and have found it especially useful in helping to relieve the pains of advanced cancer.
I mostly heal through the client’s aura, feeling the energy for any irregularities , and then giving healing until those irregularities have been smoothed out. And I’m often able to tell a client that something that they were unaware of is brewing and when something they were worried about has been cleared.
