Teenagers and adults naturally tend to handle situations, emotions and problems differently, and dealing with breakups is an important example of this.
Some of the greatest advice that can be offered to teenagers dealing with breakups can be found online, because there are teenagers all over the world that are learning the lessons of love the hard way – by experiencing a break up. . .
If you are a teenager and you have recently separated from your boyfriend or your girlfriend, then you are probably feeling heartbroken right now, which is simply expected no matter how old you are. Luckily, you have plenty of living ahead of you, and you will meet a surprising number of suitors in your life that are better suited for you. Everyone goes through love and loss, and while it is unpleasant to begin so young, you can and will move on from this moment of heartbreak.
Here is some basic advice for teens dealing with breakups and the associated heartbreak:
- Do not try to rekindle things with your ex right away. The best way to show your ex that you are worth getting back together with is to play it cool and let him or her think that you’re doing just fine without them. Play it cool by acting like you’re having fun and hanging out with people, and that you do not need your ex to enjoy yourself. No-one is attracted to a moaning Minnie or Mickey!
- The initial period of time that occurs after a breakup can be rough, and you might feel tempted to get back with your ex, but you need to let your emotions simmer first so as to come off as calm and cool rather than needy and desperate. If you act desperately, this will actually greatly diminish your ability to get things going with your ex again in the future.
- The best plan to follow is to stop constantly calling, texting and trying to see your ex. Move on, or at least facilitate the appearance that you are moving on. Play hard to get. Play it cool. Let your ex develop the needy and desperate feelings rather than exhibiting them yourself.
- Get out of the house and see other people. Spend time with friends, meet new people, and have fun. Don’t be afraid to flirt a little.
This will work wonders for your self esteem and your hurt feelings, and will create a little bit of jealousy in your ex. Let your ex simmer for a while, and you will start looking much more attractive to him or her in no time at all. Alternatively –regardless of whether your ex changes their mind- you might find yourself gradually getting over them!
However, a word of caution with this particular word of advice, for teens dealing with breakups; don’t overdo the jealousy factor as it can easily backfire on you.
- Take things slow. Even if your intention is to get things going with your ex, the breakup is going to have created residual feelings of heartbreak, so you need to mend your heart before you strike up any relationship, ex or not.
To sum up this advice for teens dealing with breakups, use your common sense and keep your emotions under control. By doing so you will find that time will be your best friend as your heart heals.

Sluggish in the morning ? This is one of my favourite exercises
its an all time great.
Simple yet effective it makes sure your body is prepared for exercise or just to make
You mentally and physically alert
So as you can see here these guys are beating themselves up .
Every time I go to a seminar and ask people to do this they really get a bit worried.
Have I gone nuts?
Surely to warm up we should be doing something more physical like jumping up and down?
The answer ? No I have not gone nuts the Chinese do this every day and why would you want to jump up and down?
You end up with a warm up so effective with so many more benefits:
- Warms up the Body
- Jolt Free
- Vibrations stimulate brain and organs
- Increase blood flow to all parts of the body
- Reduce likelihood of muscle strain
- Increase flexibility
- Feel Invigorated and awake
Anyway do this with my breathing system and it becomes really quite effective.
So If you have not got time to do the whole 5 minutes (wow you are busy) doing this will set you up for the day

I hope you enjoyed Wake Up The Body
I am not sending you the exercises in any particular order . I just want you to get an idea
of how this works.
If you look at any animal (as the Chinese have been doing for 1000s of years) You will appreciate the
grace and movement of animals.
Of course the big one for most animals ……… The Stretch
How can you forget the stretch? Its a must but not that pre gym stuff that people make you do which hurts like hell
as you force your body into impossible stresses and strains or shapes which are not meant to be.
Your body should not protest when you exercise and you should be able to get out of bed the next morning!
So take flight is based on the Chinese Philosophy of watching Birds and Animals. I really want you to feel the
liberating feeling of YOU taking flight .
As you push your chest out and pull your arms back to create a curve in the spine which is inverting the back and
giving your vertebrae the flexibility they need
The popular belief that a forward bend stretches the back is not unfounded but Take Flight is far more important as you rarely
stretch back but you may well bend forward when picking up things etc.
Thats why I chose take flight as one of the special exercises for the DVD to help you to shape up .
Feel
- Shoulders being pulled back
- Back Gently arching
- Feel the stretch on your triceps
- Feel the stretch running down the backs of you legs
- Balance on the balls of your feet
- Helping you improve your balance
- A real feeling of the intention to take flight
- A Stretch that you may well overlook
WOW
What a list of different effects and all you are doing is just arching your back.

Are You Looking for a JV Partner?
The most important point here has to be whether or not they can perform.
Either by you lending them money or they lending you money.
But its not just about that is it? Its about their expertise.
Today even as I sit here offering bridging and other financial solutions they do not cover:
People who have used up their mortgage facilities (have hit the ceiling)
Overseas investor developers who do not have any credit record but have cash
Developers or buyers who are doing multiple deals.
So if you have the cash there are many ways you can make money by using their experience and your money.
