Try these simple bath treats that are kind to you and to the environment.
A SOOTHING BATH
Mix two handfuls of powdered milk with one handful of cornflour.
Add approx 10-12 drops of your favourite essential oil. Lavender is good to relax; Patchouli, ylang ylang or Sandalwood for ‘romance’. Try grapefruit oil to wake yourself up.Read more on Lorraine’s Bathtime Treats…
