cruise where he learned it. He was so enthusiastic and couldn’t wait to
show me that he could stand up without assistance and walk without
stumbling. He insisted that I got a copy of your DVD which I have done
and I just wanted to say how glad I am that I made that small investment.
I’m younger and fitter than Charles but I can understand why he had such a
big smile on his face. It seems silly to say that just spending five
minutes exercising, well not even exercising really, can make such a
