Wake Up and Breathe Workshops are coming to your area soon!
Learn the entire program with Barry or one of his personally trained teachers in the company of others. Our workshops are much more than just the program though. The workshops are for either a half day or a full day and include much much more than just the basic program. There is plenty of time to ask your questions and get some personal attention from our teachers and you’ll learn additional exercises which allow you to extend the program to target the areas that matter to you. It’s not all action either, whilst you take a breather there will be talks on a number of diverse yet related topics including Better Sleep, Natural Healing, Nutrition, Life Skills, Coaching, Decluttering and building a Personal Exercise Program. Full day workshops will benefit from at least one specially invited guest speaker who is an acknowledged expert in their field – some workshops have a whole team of speakers!
Some of our workshops are targeted at mums-to-be, others at the older generation (or experienced teenagers as we prefer to think of them!) or those wanting to lose weight and tone up, but most are for EVERYONE who has an interest in feeling better, looking better and getting the most out of life. Each workshop is unique, no two are ever quite the same but one thing they all have in common is FUN. Feeling fitter should be enjoyable or you just won’t do it. You can be sure you’ll go home with the tools to feel fabulous and you’ll have had a great day out. A healthy lunch is included for full day workshops, light refreshments for half days. |

The ultimate introduction to Wake Up and Breathe is a WUB 1-2-1
Before the day we’ll send you a detailed questionnaire so that we can tailor the exercises to be just right for you, taking into account your health and your aims. On the day, your teacher will take you through the program step by step, taking time to ensure that you do each exercise correctly and to maximum benefit. There will be plenty of time to discuss things and to ask any questions that you have. Apart from the exercises your teacher may have some other ideas and tips to share with you after studying your responses to our questionnaire – this could be about your sleep patterns, eating habits or anything else that you have concerns about. Towards the end of your session your teacher will make a video recording of you doing your exercises for you to keep and use to practice with. At the moment our teachers are based in London and Kent. We will visit you anywhere but please ask for a quote as travel outside of a 10mile radius is chargeable. A WUB 1-2-1 lasts approximately 2 hours and costs from just £145 including your personal DVD copy. If you’d prefer to share your session with a couple of friends this is fine. There is an additional charge for each of them of just £45. We recommend a maximum of three friends to ensure that you get your teacher’s personal attention. |
